Trial of Sekhemas, game crashes and quits when entering the first boss room

As stated in the title.

Every single time i cross the bridge leading to the first boss the game stutters and then crashes/quits.

The trial is bricked for me, cannot progress through it.

Fix it, thank you.

update:

a friend of mine helped me but it's ridiculous.

Friend joined, he crossed the bridge and he didn't get a crash, but then when I crossed we both got a game crash.

Next try my friend killed the boss so then I could bypass that one particular point.

update 2:

finished the trial after my friend killed the 1st boss.

Started a new trial, same issue, same bug. The game quits whenever i want to cross the bridge leading to the first boss.

So technically i am not able to finish a trial alone, unless someone kills the first boss for me.
