War banner not working with automation currently

War banner is an instant spell and not used by minion/ totem/ mine so it should work with automation and it was working at the start of 3.25.
For clarity, I am gaining valor, automation is on, and I have enough mana. Last bumped on Jan 18, 2025, 6:12:24 AM
