The Three Dragons not converting magnitude/chance properly
I have an Ignite based Gemling that would usually ignite with ~90% of my stampede hits and always 100% with perfect strike, with a lot of magnitude/power behind it.
If i equip The Three Dragons though, i only ever shock like 1 in 20 monsters when clearing and only for 20%. Even my Perfect Strike only shocks for 20% which leads me to believe neither chance nor magnitude are converted at all. Last bumped on Jan 19, 2025, 6:04:16 AM

It seems you're misunderstanding how it works.
Fire Damage from Hits Contributes to Shock Chance instead of Ignite Chance and Magnitude For shock application purposes, it makes your fire damage behave like lightning damage. It doesn't swap your ignite and shock related modifiers. Lightning damage only contributes to shock chance, not magnitude. And so does fire damage now. The stat also specifies "...Contributes to Shock Chance instead of Ignite Chance and Magnitude" You still need shock magnitude mods to get it above 20%. |

" You might be right, if it was converting chances and magnitudes it would probably also have lines reading "increases and reductions x magnitude also applies to x". Not sure if i shouldve known this or 3D description might have to be made more clear about that. Shrug |
