General Console Frustrations I have

Where to begin. I like the game, it's just frustrating on a lot of fronts. Got a couple LVL 80 characters. Fairly SSF Console player, (yes i give my other characters gear, but it isn't no temporalis) and new to POE. Played Diablo, but it was Boring. These are just general frustration I have with the game. There's not much of an order to this rant. Also I've been playing since launch, so i get how to build. I just don't have the equipment to actually play the game by what i can tell is not playing the game. (Blink temporalis, Fart bomber, Auto spark, Monk...yea)

The game isn't that difficult, it just a lot of BS happening.

I don't think this game is hard it's just that I'm just getting killed by BS. There are WAY too many times where I'm like "How? How did i die?" Now I'm not running a cheap 40 Div setup so that might have something to do with it and I'm not asking for the games difficulty to get turned down, but i don't enjoy getting one shot by god-knows-what. The way i understood on how you wanted the MONK to be played was weaving in and out of combat. Which is cool, but unrealistic when the enemy can run you down. If I had enough movement speed to ENGAGE the enemy instead of REACTING, it would be a far better experience. Even with 30% movement speed my legs are broke. I cannot fully express that Engaging an enemy feels like pure dopamine. Also i think the enemies being right on top of the character may be making some interactions feel bad because the game uses the base attack as damage. Which is weird, but it feels that way. so if the enemies could not come within a half foot of the character. It'd probably solve this issue.

Bad Maps aren't bad, they're constricting.
You guys made some cool maps, but its frustrating when my character trips over every little rock. It's rough. Also making things narrow is hurting the experience. It's why open spaced maps are great. I'm not trying to go though the worlds smallest corridor or over the worlds smallest bridge.

Gambling is not Crafting.
I wouldn't be too hurt with RNG if EVERY boss dropped Exalts. Not really up for debate that i NEED exalts. Sure i could invest in the market and sell some things and maybe that's the better way to go about this. But fundamentally that's wrong. I shouldn't need to interact with the market to have a decent experience. Will someone hit that 5/5 roll i could use, yes. But not being able to "craft" is hurting my experience. Id like to push more content, but its borderline impossible.

More loot is not better loot.
If I'm pushing into the endgame I need more currencies to use. Like i said, Every boss should drop Exalts and that will mitigate a lot of issues I have but maybe T5-10 gives more chances to get Regal Orbs (ORBs not shards) and pushing T10-T15 there'd be better chances to get Chaos orbs. Yes i have run Breaches and Deliriums and I'm enjoying the amount of loot that falls, but again not the right type. If I'm finding (almost) the same amount of Regals, Exalts, Vaals on a T1 map. There's a problem. I've yet to push the Arbiter of ash as of yet, but its rough not having the equipment to do so. Either through "crating" or trading. It's just rough. An endless loop of Needing gear and not being able to better bolster my characters to do the content to get the gear.

Flicker is bad because of being damageable during it.
Being damageable during a Blink-like animation feels god awful. Its great when its great, but unusable later in maps because I'm either dead to burning ground or corpse explosion or an enemy who hits me during the animation (bc that makes sense) or I'm in the middle of a horde and very dead.

Why can i get an 8k shield on my mage, but my other characters get shafted?
Energy shield is a problem. Not because its broken, but that Dex and Str based characters don't get that safety. There's no accessible guard on the passive tree and armor is bad bc it protects against a small portion of the incoming damage. 15% better doesn't exactly say tanky.

Enemy exploding corpse needs a nerf. Too much damage.

Hard targeting AI needs to be toned down.
Your AI is aggressive. It knows where I'm teleporting to and before i have a chance to react monsters are already 3/4 through their animation and im dead. I'm just dead. Maybe having more movement speed to ENGAGE the enemy would mitigate some of this, but honestly adding a few hundred MS to their attacks would go a long way.

Res with teammates.
Why cant i res my friends in Maps. This a bad design. I want to play with my friends, but if i just get dead. It sucks. Please let us res. Also a percent health take node with teammates would be a great addition for a passive node. just saying.

Either lose Map or Exp. Not both.
Kind of tied into the last one. But even playing FromSoft games and their oh-so-much fun nature, they still had a way to recoup your losses. You guys just punish. You died Git Gud. It just hurts to have the map taken and exp taken and i have no way to recoup my losses. I'm ok with the map being taken, even if it would be WAY better with more than ONE LIFE per map. Maybe take the boss and leave the modifiers. I'm just not ok with both being taken and Vice Versa if I'm playing with teammates I'm ok with EXP being taken but not the map.

Debuffs need some tuning
Hinder, Chill, Temoral bubble. Mostly things that will ruin a melee based characters day. To be honest, Chill and hinder basically do the same thing. (Yes one affects atk speed, big whoop. Still same same) My biggest issue is with the Temopral bubble. If it siphoned mana flasks i wouldn't have a big problem, but CURRENT MANA. SERIOUSLY. Your explanation of what they do needs an adjustment. They siphon CURRENT MANA and NOT MANA FLASKS. Also the Atk speed reduction on top of it needs to go. Secondly, why do most debuffs make being a melee character so bad. Where are the ranged character debuffs? This is not an even playing field.

Whatever those purple chaos orbs are could explode after the boss dies and not track for like 8 seconds a piece. That'd be great.

AOE blood pools could lose a second and they'd be less annoying i think.

Burning Ground needs a dot damage adjustment.
Especially when paired with Elemental weakness. It is too much. Even with Res cap. its ticking way too much.

Lightning staff feels bad.
Its so cool and broken but also if the enemy is in my face im pretty sure i hit them with my staff instead. I think this is a bug. But if not can it not do that.

Please space things out.
I know PC land might not have an issue how clustered things are, but on console. Man. The amount of times I've opened Guild stash instead of my own is aggravating and The Map portals are so close to the center that I've gone back inside a map countless times. Please space things out more. Hell, putting the portals behind the device would be cool too.

Also i know that its been said, but yea i don't read type text 9.

All in all. More Exalts need to be dropping. Burning Ground and exploding corpse need nerfs. Flicker bad. Int characters are the favorite child. Space things out please.
