Long List of Couch-Coop Problems! Up into Late-Game. (Lvl. 90)

Hey Exiles :)
My Girl and I are playing the Game pretty much every Day for 10 Hours and longer. Always in Couch-Coop. On XBox Series X. We have 4 Characters in the Lvl 85 - 90 Range and we saw a pretty big Chunk, of what the Game offers.
To say it mild... It has Problems..

In Front of Our List, there is One really fcked up Point, i want to stress. I payed 60 Bucks for a Supporter-Pack that i can't use in Coop! It is Not possible to log in on my own/payed Account in Couch-Coop!
This is a bad Joke... and probably one of the Sources, from where a lot of the following Stuff is coming. It seems like the Game counts both Players as ONE...occasionaly...it even seems Inconsistent with this. We are forced to use a shared Stash, witch we cant even use at the same Time. One of Us is forced to wait and simply do nothing in this Time. Same with Vendor Menus and Stuff like that. The Way it works to this Date, isnt good and needs to Change!

Here is Our List. Have Fun...

Campaign & general stuff

-The Loot Filter is a great Addition!! Thx for that!
But why is there no Way to toggle it on/off while playing like we had it in Poe 1? Like when PC Players press "Alt"?

- In Couch-Coop at least, you cant See Charm Charges, like promised in the last Patch Notes.

-Trading on Console is not good. We cant use the Website on XBox, due to Account-Restrictions. We checked the Console Settings and couldn't find anything to change this from our Side. We have no Idea what to do with this.
It would be amazing, if you could ad the Console-Trading-System from Poe 1.
Its not a good Solution to use a different Device (PC/Phone) to browse and search your (for Mobile sub-optimal optimized) Trade-Site. It is simply Odd.

-Also there is no Way to price-check Stuff, cause there is no Option to use Third-Party Tools on Console.
Are you planing to give us (good paying Customers) a "home grown" Solution for this Disadvantage?

-Console Performance is horrible... in Couch-Coop its even worse

- Reviving takes way too long and is super clunky on controller

- Act 3 Utzaal Area: there is some horrible flickering going on there…

- Only Player 1 can initiate fast travelling between way points

- Ziggurat Camp (after time travel) was bugged for us several times when using way points. It sometimes spawned us under the map it seemed. We think it had something to do with the game thinking that the Players were at different progress stages of certain quests (which is odd anyways, because we only play in Couch Co-Op and should therefor always have identical progress) or it placed one of us in the past and one of us in the present. We were unable to move or do anything when this happened. Had to log out, let only one Player log in, travel to some other way point, then let Player 2 log in alone, travel to the same way point and then log in again together to get it to work properly again; if we wouldn't have figured this out, it would have seemed as if the game had bricked for us; there was something similarly confusing with travelling to the Trial of Chaos way point. We were unable to fast travel to the way point although we had both been there before and thus should've both have had access to it. Not sure how we got it to work, it's been a few weeks since this happened

- Corrupted Altar was not accessable for Player 2 and crashed our game when trying (this was a few weeks ago during campaign. Not sure if it has been fixed by now)

- Advanced Skill info does not work for P2
-> shows info from P1's skills; this is a huge pain in the ass and disadvantage for P2! Please fix this!

- equipping an item while in sales window with full inventory makes previously equipped item disappear

- Gem Tab: when taking out a gem with quick move it places the cursor in the player's inventory instead of leaving it in the gem tab, which is really inconvenient if you want to transfer multiple gems into your inventory (this might have been fixed in the last patch, could not test it enough yet)

- can't buy / defer stuff from ritual or reroll it while in Couch Co-op (neither during campaign, nor in end game mapping); if both Players log out and only one logs back in and re-enters the Map it is suddenly possible to buy / defer / reroll

- Herald Skills don't show DPS/DMG

- might be a stupid question, but is it intentionally that "Charged Staff" does not have a lightning tag?

- "Moving Attacks" like Tempest Flurry can push around other Player

Since Patch 0.1.1 Player 2 can't toggle the advance Info on Gear, wich shows Tiers and Pre/Suffix Tags. It was possible before the Patch.

Auto-aiming is a Pain in the Ass... its clunky and seems to work prioritary to the Players input. Strongly reccomend to look into this.

Mapping / End game

- If one Player dies during Maps, screen turns black for the other Player, who is still inside the Map after a bit; this does not happen every time it seems. Not sure what triggers it.
This also happens in Pinnacle Encounters... we had the Problem while facing Xescht.

- Way stones only drop for Account owner and can't be picked up by Player 2 even if options are set to "free for all"; sometimes Player 2 can randomly pick up a way stone (most of the time this is possible if the way stone has been on the ground for a bit). This does not always work though. This is especially annoying if Player 1 dies during mapping and Player 2 can't even pick up the way stones before leaving the map; it is not so much of a problem in late end game when you're able to sustain your way stones, but in early mapping this is just another unnecessary punishment if one Player dies

- the Map device can only be accessed by Account owner; which is tolerable if the Account owner is Player 1, but it makes accessing the map device IMPOSSIBLE if the account owner is playing as Player 2 (due to not being able to switch sides for Player UI -> it would be an amazing addition if it would be possible to switch the sides on which Player 1 and 2's UI (health, skills, etc) are displayed on); if the Account owner is logged in as Player 2 the game states that only the party leader can do this. There is no way to make the other Player Party Leader though.

- it seems to us that certain Map Mods or Tablet Mods like "more XP" don't affect Player 2; please look into this again.

- currency exchange is closed every time after using it once; also it doesn't work with Player 2's inventory

- Trial of Chaos: Player 1 put in inscribed Ultimatum, went in, could not choose any of the 3 options -> game states: only Map owner can do this; both of us tried to choose an option, but none of us could. We tried this several times with different coin levels and switching who starts the trial, but it mever worked. This had only started happening after the "duping hotfixes", it didn't happen once before that. This bug ate several of our inscribed ultimatums.

- Trial of Sekhema: we had a problem with the first room (Hourglass Trial) of the 3-floor-run where the timer expires, but the door stays closed & more monsters keeper spawning infinitely; after this had happened several times, we've had the feeling that it had something to do with Couch Co-op again and the Trial not recognizing the second Player. Until then Player 1 was always the one who put in the Barya, so we started a new Trial with Player 2 putting in the Barya and since then we did not have the problem showing up again, even if Player 1 put it in when we ran a new Trial; also: when Player 2 starts the Trial, he / she can't access the Relic locker but it works with Player 2's inventory at least

- Trial of Sekhema: can't see honour bar of Player 2, which resulted in us failing the 4-floor-trial in several instances without us knowing what even happened - we just suddenly dropped to the floor and failed; we did not know until doing some research that damage taken is shared and that there are individual honour bars for each of us, because we only see Player 1's bar. This led to us failing the trial several times, which is especially infuriating if it happens one room before the final boss!

Besides all of this, we love the Game ^^
Pls. Fix it GGG
Dont let us Console Players down.

+1 (it is I, the girl mentioned in this post)
+100 I’ve logged a lot of these bugs already over the last month but almost none of them have been fixed.

GGG please help out the gamer couples, we just want to chill on the couch and have fun together, but atm it’s mad frustrating.
Can confirm and replicate every one of these bugs. The player 2 can’t see advanced tool tips and can’t run ultimatum are new with patch .11 the rest have been since launch. Also spell gems don’t show what quality does anymore as well.

Non negative though, wife and I are still having a blast with the game and very much appreciate that couch coop is even included. Too many games completely ignore making anything couples accessible these days so don’t want to sound all negative.

Push it real good! ^^
After some testing figured out player 2 can pick up Waystones if player one dies but the game has to be set to short allocation and then you have to wait about 5 minutes before the waystone becomes targetable. The issue here besides the length is the fact that 80% of the time if the living player moves too far from the dead player maps usually go entirely black. Thankfully I died on the map boss so my wife was able to stand there long enough and grab the waystones but this is generally not practical.
Thanks for your detailed report! We're looking into all of these issues.

Same all bugs with me and my wife on XBOX X.
We also play 100% Couch CO OP.

Hope to hear soon more from Adam_GGG some good news :)

Great list of items for co-op issues. We are seeing a lot of these as well.

One to add: not sure if this is a bug or not.

Playing co-op. if player 1 dies, player 2 can't run very far away from player 1's corpse. it's like there is a max range you can run away from the player 1 corpse. I haven't tested this in reverse (player 2 dies). I'll try to test it and update the thread.

Also, I started another thread about this but I'll add it here in case any of the other Xbox couch co-op players are seeing it.

While playing local co-op on my Xbox Series X. Every time we are done playing and try to exit to loading screen the game crashes and I have to dashboard to exit the game. Has this been reported yet? I looked around in the forum but didn't see this specific issue.

Thanks for adding couch co-op to PoE2! Even with the issues, we are loving this game!!
