citadels are not completing after completion

boss and rares are all dead, citadel won't complete

+1 had this happen to me SEVERAL times I'd kill everything to 0 and no completion I leave and it'd mess up my route.

Same.

I have had this occurring with the Stone Citadel specifically.

Kinda frustrating since it can block your route on the atlas and basically cut off entire regions.

Cant remember having this problem before patch 0.1.1 but didnt find many citadels before the patch :d
