cannot start a new challenge after death Trial of Chaos

after death i cannot start a new challenge. in-game message "The operation could not be completed". when trying to log in "cannot connect to instance. That subarea no longer exist". And i cant closed the my Trial

if you died in the trial, you lose the run. so you need to put in another token to run. same goes for trial of sekhemas
