Are there settings that help with all the screen tearing? (PS5)

I don't know much about graphic settings and what things do what, so I was hoping someone has fiddled with the settings to ease the staggering amount of screen tearing on PS5.

I also have the screen tearing issue still. Maybe there’s an ideal setting?

not really, comes down to them optimizing the game and theres 100s of threads about it already from screen issues to end game maps dropping fps and other issues....
