POE2 Caught in infinite loop

I've completed the campaign, acts I-III and then again on Cruel difficulty, but now my quest log keeps updating with "Travel East" and is not letting partake in end game content (i.e. Maps). How do I fix this?

Complete 1 map using the public mapdevice in Ziggurat Refuge and talk to Doryani to unlock your private mapdevice in your HO. |
