Echoing pulse note not working with spell echo

Bug experienced; 18/1-2025
Ive been testing the "echoing pulse" passive note with spell cascade and spell echo. I know the wording on the note says "repeats", im pretty sure its intended to work with supports like spell echo and spell cascade.

After testing with several skills, no change in the area of effect seem to happen comparing w/wo the note allocated.
