I was gifted early access and DLC on steam, linked my accounts, but game doesnt show i have it.

When I'm in game and try to apply these gifted cosmetics, the store shows i still need to purchase it. I have linked my steam account and started a new character under the alternative name and it still doesnt show up other than as something to purchase. I missed out on the twitch drops, so it would be really nice to be able to use any of these cosmetics i should have.
