Cant direct trade or follow peoples loot filter

since launch i cant direct message people from POE 2 trade, also cant follow when i follow a loot filter it doesnt work. account seems weirdly bricked

Can you try using the "Switch Account" button in the top-left corner to select the account you play the game with? Hope that helps!
