Please Add Boss Snapshot Crash Protection

1) First time I tried my Sehkema 4th ascendancy and got all the way to the Test of Time boss.
2) I started with over 3k honour. Got his health down to 60% and then the game froze.
3) Restarted game and reentered the trail and I only had 1.6k honour.
4) That was not enough to beat the boss from 100% health again so I failed.

1) Came back with a much stronger character, gear, and relics.
2) Got all the way to the same boss again wtih 50%-dmg boon 40%-Move boon and over 6k honour.
3) Got his health down to 25% and the game flat out crashed to desktop.
4) Restarted the game and reentered the trail with only 2k honour.
5) Got his health down to 25%, but failed cuz I ran out of honour.
6) If I was able to get back in the fight as I left, I know I could have beaten him.

For the love of POE2 and the Gods, PLEASE ADD SNAPSHOT CRASH PROTECTION for these fights. If the game crashes, I want to pick up right where I left off. No changes to my char, no changes to the boss. The fight simply continues as though nothing has happened. I know it's difficult cuz all the dupers will try and exploit that feature, but I think the devs are smart enough to find a solution that works.

I am not using some meta build or having another player carry me through as I get no satisfaction from that. I have been working on figuring things out myself and getting a rewarding feeling for doing so. That is the fun part, but having no crash protection (like I described above) is like getting kicked in-between the legs over and over. Eventually, I just don't want to play the game any more cuz of that.

I have spent over $150 so I fully support the developement and really like what they have been doing so far. I only hope that they will listen to this and understand how much wind gets taken outta my sails when I SHOULD have won the day, but was robbed due to a bug. I really enjoy the game otherwise and look forward to all the improvements down the road. Take care.
