Speak to Doryani & Cannot acces endgame tab

This is my second character. I completed all acts. My conversation with Doryani doesn't work. Endgame tab doesn't appear and it was also deleted from my first character. I'm making maps in both of them without any problems.

I tried this method that works for some people:
1. Teleport to Azak Bog (Present) from waypoint.
2. Open portal and return to Ziggurat Encampent (Present).
3. Doryani was next to Oswald and the talk bar was active.

I applied these ways and talked but nothing has changed.
I think it’s a bug.

Is there another solution for this?
I would appreciate it if you could help
