Infinite stuck in loadin screen

I sometimes Stuck in loading screen forever. I have done all things that ppl mentioned. None of them worked. I cant enter a portal anymore cuz i stuck in its loading screen so i cant play endgame content. Besides if i enter a portal to go back to hideout and stuck, I cant even enter the game bcs it stucks there evdrytime i run the game.
I have tried:
PoeUncrasher
DX12/11 and vulcan
Disable multithreading
Change graphic settings to lowest
Updating graphic driver
Updating windows
Disable 2 cores of cpu (my cpu dosent even reach 50%)

Computer specs;
Nvidia RTX 2080 SUPER
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
32GB Ram
Windows 10

New Update:
Still this issue exists with steam client and with the standalone. I stuck three times a row in portal loading screens today. I had to exit the game everytime and the log woth another character then switch back to previous character then put new waystone and it is happening in a row. Could you just release a program to track this problem and find the issue ???

Post patch 1.1 update:
It still stuck in loading screen and had to exit then change character. This is happening mostly when you travel back to hideout and when you want to enter tower maps

I'm experiencing this issue now. playing solo isnt as bad as when im in a public exp party and im loading for ever or crashing before the area loads..

so frustrating...
