Couch Co-op Bugs part 1 - most annoying

It is possible some of these bugs apply to parties as well

(There were not addressed in patch 0.1.1)
1. The most annoying by far: if map owner dies there is no way to pick up Waystones (since they are locked to map owner). One of the ways to solve it is to have ffa on the if map owner is dead.
2. Ritual doesn't let anyone in the party to buy items when in Couch Co-op (party?). The workaround we found is to do all rituals then relog with single player (map owner) - and then it is possible to buy ritual items in the map.
3. In general the mechanics of not letting to reenter map once any member of the party dies is also annoying. There got to be a better solution for this. It is also a "surprise" the first time you encounter it.
