few questions about the skill of Shattering Concoction

1， about the area ，
This skill contains the AOE tag ， but can't use “magnified effect”；when use “Concentrated Effect” ， The range effect has been narrowed, but the damage has not increased ； the point “flurry” in passive-skill-tree，The effect area expands by 20% when bare-handed doesn't work ，the attack damage reduces by 25% when bare-handed is in effect；the point“ unarmed eare” also doesn't work

2， Elemental Invocation
When I use this skill, I can obtain 100% energy, but the corresponding spell cannot be activated


I don't know if the other several Pathfinder skills have similar problems.
