Not receiving whispers on xbox - need help finding privacy setting

After listing items on the market, players have been inviting me to party, but have not whispered me before.

I am assuming that they did send the whisper, but my privacy settings didn't let the whisper through
- I know that they wanted to trade, bc after accepting the party invite they invited to trade and put currency in
- I checked my privacy settings on xbox and poe and everything seems to be open

I must have overlooked a setting somewhere and need help finding it. Any help is much appreciated!
