Problem with store on PS5

Hello!

The ''internal PoE2 store'' on PlayStation 5 isn't working. I want to upgrade to Faridum Pack but the screen doesnt load at all, and when it loads, the button/option to click on upgrade doesn't appear. Tried all the possible ways: from PS Store itself we dont have the option (just full pack), and on the wheel shortcut, on the menu or any other way, I cant buy the pack.
