Evasion vs Crab monsters

Passive evasion does not seem to work at all vs the crab monster poison bolt. I don't think this is intended. The bolt is very fast and repeated frequently. I think that evasion should apply to this and a few other frequently occuring and not well telegraphed attacks.

**note after further testing: almost all visible projectiles are not passively avoidable. Not sure if this is intended, but I have about 70-80% eva chance with full tailwind stacks. whenever I come across some crabs or projectile mobs they instantly drop before I can even dodge roll every single time. It doesn't seem like this is intended at all and I'm not sure if this is the same with block but it feels really bad.
