Modifier aren’t showing when weapon is equipped

I’m playing as a Sorceress, and my wand has +3 to all lightning spell skills, but it doesn’t show up on my skill list. I’m also using minions, but they don’t seem to be working anymore. I’m currently equipped with a wand, staff, and scepter all at the same time, but none of them seem to be functioning correctly.

Seems to be a major bug right now for sorceress. Happened to me and can't seem to figure out how to fix it. Here's a thread of a bunch of people having the same issue. There doesn't seem to be a fix.. Can someone from GGG please help with this. Very annoying

It's like it's locking Punch to weapon slot I with no way to remove it, only work around I've found is to only use weapon slot II. Playing on console for context.
