[BUG UPDATE] Lighting conduit is broken. Please fix it

This is an update to my previous report.

previously i was convinced that ALL skill gems global modifiers was missing if you socket that gem into a meta skill.
but now i know it's only lighting conduit.

basically if i use lighting conduit as a regular skill i ve:
+1 from corruption
+7 from global modifier.

if i put lighting conduit on a meta skill all 7 global modifier are gone.


considering that Lighting conduit is the main skill for a lot of builds... the game is actually unplayable for us.

pls fix
