Mind over Matter not working properly

basically what the title said, i have MoM plus Chaos inoculation and both work well when working but for some reasons and i cant figure out why im being killed without my mana being fully drained. sometimes its happening with certain enemies but its very inconsistent but with only 1 hp its very frustrating to just suddenly die seemingly out of no where. whats very strange is that this isnt something that was happening to me when i first unlocked CI everything worked fine but after i did a sekhemas lost from honor loss i got off the game and came back for my next play sesh it all of a sudden started acting up.

Thanks for your report, does your Mana Flask remove Life on use?

" so if anyone has a similar issue i did fix it so far, closing and reopening did nothing so i refunded both passives went thru a door to a new area then rebought them and they seem to be working properly again, im about 90% sure its an issue with dying from honor depletion since that bypasses everything |
