Inscribed Ultimatum Disappeared

When I was lvl 38 I killed the boss to get my first Inscribed Ultimatum. I then went to my Temple of Chaos and placed the orb, but then joined a friend to help him try his Temple of Chaos. When I went back to my instance, my lvl 38 Inscribed Ultimatum was gone. I checked the pedestal, my inventory, and stash and it wasn't there. I saw online that they can drop randomly, but I'm now lvl 53 and haven't seen one yet. I know that they are also available by trade, but the cheapest one right now is for an exalted orb, which doesn't seem worth it. I just want the lvl 38 quest item one back if possible.
