Trial of the Sekhemas bug on ps5

I've been having a issue where when I fail a trial run due to losing my honor, the game freezes and won't leave the screen where it tells you in what stage you failed. The only way to fix the issue is by restarting the game. If I die due to losing all my health it resets like normal.
