Failed to connect the instance

So ... so far I have 4 characters and 1 of them is in the HCssf league currently level 89. When trying to enter the character, an error message occurs, fails to connect the instance and I return to the main screen... only this character has the error, the others are normal. Is anyone else having this problem or knows how to solve it?
