Good afternoon, I'm your new player, there was such an unpleasant situation, I was considering a cosmetic appearance for a character and accidentally bought wings that I didn't need, is there any way to return the funds to the account and pick up the cosmetics. I have written to you by mail, but, alas, I have not received a reply.
