Problem with client.
Until yesterday I was able to play the game normally, I have already spent over 100 hours and today I cannot log in and I get a message that I do not have early access. What is going on?

If you have purchased an Early Access Key directly from us, Xbox or PlayStation please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this for you. If you could include your Path of Exile account name and discriminator in your email and the transaction ID of the purchase, that would be great.
If you received/purchased access via a third party, then the key's status may have been revoked. We can't speculate on the reasons for this and you will need to discuss this with the person that you received/purchased the key from. We recommend making Path of Exile purchases via our website as we will be able to assist with any issues that may arise. | |
But suddenly a lot of people's keys don't work and it's not your fault. Don't write to me to contact support because your support doesn't exist. Can you check what's wrong?
