Copper Citadel Crash on Boss. Can't return to collect fragments.

This is the second time this has happened now. I go through the Copper Citadel, kill the boss, and as the boss is dying the client crashes and then on returning there is no way to get back to the arena to collect the loot because that part of the map is completely cut off.

Why is there not a portal to the arena or something like most maps? This is extremely frustrating given the rarity of the citadels.

Yep, just happened with me. No loot and map shows in progress without being able to go back.
