EXTREMELY LOW FPS & FPS DROPS IN POE 2

MY PC SPECS:

I7-9700F
RTX 2060 SUPER
16 GB RAM
SSD NVME

AVERAGE FPS: 40-100

So, i've been playing a lot of poe 2 and since i started playing this game i've noticed that the game doesn't run as it should.

First, changing the settings doesn't do anything, i've changed pretty much every option in the game but my performance remains the same no matter what i do, i get the same fps with high settings as i do on low settings (+ scaling).

Second, the endgame is almost unplayeable, as soon as i see a pack of enemies my fps drop to 40 and it's just not fun to play when i should be getting more fps and i can't do anything but stare at my screen.

Third, my pc was already fairly optimised but i tried everything from deleting the shader cache to messing with my nvidia settings but nothing seems to work.


I've been reading other threads, watching videos, etc and there's a lot of people with this same issues and it's just so frustrating that there isn't anything that we can do about it.
