There is no real restriction to account sharing

everyone knows about the alleged recent "account sharing" fiasco.

i was curious so i read the TOS.

i used ctrl+f to search for certain keywords such as

1. sharing/share
2. money/real/rmt
3. sell/selling
4. account
5. scam

https://www.pathofexile.com/legal/terms-of-use-and-privacy-policy

the only hits i found were not directly mentioning anything about account sharing/rmt/account/scamming.

If so does that mean such things are allowed?

EDIT, user JADIAN has pointed out the following

16. 7. Restrictions: Under no circumstances, without the prior written approval of Grinding Gear Games, may you:
h. Perform in-game services during your use of the Website, Materials or Services for any form of compensation outside of PoE.

so long story short it is a "NO" its all not allowed just that you need to read and understand the terms properly to garner the info and not just search for keywords.

Probably against the Terms Of Service(TOS) but not illegal. They could possibly ban you if they find out.

Against the TOS and whether it is legal in the rule of the law is different things.
TOS isnt written tight enough. Technically you could have someone VM into your computer and play your game without breaking TOS. Just breaking the spirit not the letter.

Steam has their own ToS/EULA. But yeah, you already have your answer.
Gaming PC: Win 11, 7600X3D, RTX 4080, 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30, 7000 MB/s SSD, 850W, 3840x2160p 120Hz
Streaming PC: Win 11, i5-12400, RTX 4060, 32GB DDR5-6000 CL36, 7000 MB/s SSD, 450W, 1920x1080p 60Hz
I'd be surprised if there wasn't a clause where they can ban you for "any or no reason."
