default item filter

Hey,

I installed an item filter on POE2 it started to make my items drop but not be obtainable, for instance after the install a unique dropped i could see the orange line but couldn't pick up the item so i got rid of the filter. this did not fix the issue i can see and pick up blue items but nothing more also the gold is there and i can get it off the ground only if i run over it its not showing like it used to same as chests waypoint etc. I'm on PS5 I've tried clearing the cache restoring licenses logging out and back in playing a large game to try and clear nothings working ive sent a ticket to the devs but i dont know how long ill have to wait. can anyone help.
