POE2 Against the Darkness + Controlled Metamorphasis issue or weapon swap issue

I'm using a Massive ring Controlled MetaMorphasis, and when I put my Against the Darkness in a place where 2 Notables are within the Metamorphasis ring, and one outside, it seems that I'm only getting the benefits of 1 of the Notables (which I assume is the one outside. I place my Against the Darkness in another spot, which has exactly the same amount of small passives, but only 2 Notables, I see more damage, which I assume it is counting 2 Notables total.

it is also possible that this is an issue where it doesn't count the weapon swap passives, even when they're active.

I recorded this for weapon swap 1, but in both swaps I see less damage when Against the Darkness is socketed in the same spot.In the pictures, keep in mind to the left of the Branching Bolts jewel socket I have passive skills selected for my 2nd weapon swap (from the Int passive going up to Master of Hexes, but only 2 of the small passives are within the ring), while passive skills leading up to Branching Bolts is on weapon swap 1, and the Notables within the ring (Lightning Quick, and Drenched) are also weapon swap 1.

Do attribute small passives, not count?
