PoE2 Issue: Local Co-Op on Xbox: Game crashes every time when exiting

Hi, I was directed to this site so I hope this is for PoE2 and not PoE.

I'm playing local co-op on my Xbox Series X. Every time we are done playing and try to exit to loading screen the game crashes and I have to dashboard to exit the game. Has this been reported yet? I looked around in the forum but didn't see this specific issue.
