Skill/support Gems disappearance

Hi, i have a level 92 invoker monk, and i respec my ascendancy points alot, but when i respec from unbound avatar, meditate, and elemental expression, the support gems attached to them disappears and don't go to my inventory.
I also lost my cast on crit and all support gems when i unequipped it.. i don't know it it is a known issue. Last bumped on Jan 23, 2025, 5:51:27 PM

Just to add, the gems lost don't go to my stash as well, they are completely gone.

Did you try retaking the ascendancy to see if they would show up again?

Yes i did try that but the gems are not there
