Problem with Loot Filter On Ps5

Hi, following the procedure for inserting one of the pre-recorded filters, logging in on the site I only see the character of PoE1, and not the character of PoE2, so when I go to register the filter on my profile, I activate it, the filter does not work. Solutions?
