PC Crash when loading different zones

Hello

Everything goes into a freeze when loading zones, and only when i do this. I do have a 13th gen i7 with a rtx 4070 gpu, it locks my whole OS. Need to hard reset my entire pc, this issue is really destroying my fun with the game.

Any tips on how to fix this remaining issue???
