Instillments on Amulets question...

Will an instillment passive, stack with a passive you already have?
Because I'm thinking or have a feeling that instillments activate or in some way use the passive tree but if you already are using it, it may not stack.

'Beastial Skin' increases the evasion rating on your body armor by 100% and I have it active, so if I have an amulet with 'Beastial Skin' is it going to provide me 200%?

No, you can't have a Notable passive twice.

Glad the game isn't too boring I guess, I'll focus on a Noteable Passive that saves me a lot of passive points potentially to branch further.
