Leveling new charcters/alts

First play through with some challenge was great... I don't want to slog through the campaign dying to bosses i'll 1 shot 5 minutes after progressing every toon I level.. it's a waste of time and provides nothing to player retention.
We need a skip / boost mechanic. Sorry but the campaign isn't THAT good and I play for endgame, like many others. i'd pay multiple div to skip to maps. Lets close the door on 3rd party markets here.

I can't be the only one who feels this way.
