Trial of Sekhemas

Has anyone else died clicking on the fountain to restore honour in Xbox 1? I died in the 3rd trial, room 4, test of cunning while trying to restore honour at the fountain.
I have an image. Why would you die here?

Either remove honour or change the trials. They really suck. I wasn't having any problems until then other than just being bored.

I just lost an hour. Who do I send the bill to?

Did you have gain random afliction when using markoroth shrine?

Maybe you gained "You have no Energy Shield"

Then you also had "Take damage everytime you use markoroth shrine"

So you got clapped?
