Dark Effigy does not count ignites applied with Blackflame ring as chaos damage debuffs

Blackflame ring makes ignite, which is a damage over time debuff, deal chaos damage. Dark Effigy is supposed to shoot projectiles at enemies affected by “chaos damage over time debuffs”. Despite this, Dark Effigy does not shoot at enemies ignited with Blackflame. Thanks

Ignite does not deal chaos damage, it is not a conversion. It still deals fire damage and is still a fire damage over time debuff and cannot be changed by modifiers to chaos damage, but enemies take this fire damage as chaos.
