Early acces Lost

Hi, my name is Fran, I'm from Spain so excuse my english.
I have 150 hours played on poe2 early access. I have my game on my steam account, but since yesterday, everytime I try to log in to the game, it says "you have no access to the early access and you have to buy it". I have 2 characters and 130 hours are from a single character... I buy a 100 points from the poe2 store a days ago, so how I cannot log in to the game since that issue appears? I need some help guys. I have the same issue today. impossible to connect and i have this error tell me to rebuy a key

If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used.
If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. Need help with something?
