High ping ond logout after in maps

During maps my ping suddenly goes crazy to several thousand ms.
After such lag game disconnects me and kicks me out on server choosing screen. After login I stand in the hideout, there are no map anymore, no loot from last time I entered the last portal, and no portals left to enter. As if I died there, but lost all the loot and didnt loose exp. Its exhausting to loose everything because of such random problem.
Only PoE2 expiriences such difficulties, nothing else suffers at the same moments.
Please help
