Latency spikes (PoE2)

For some reason I keep getting pesky intense fluctuation in latency. causing stutters every few steps in game. sometimes its not bad, but its VERY frequent. sometimes it pauses my movement or delays my movement by a whole second it feels. and when doing higher level content that 1 second can mean a lot.
Its not an issue on my end, my internet has been running better then usual, techs were just around the area replacing older parts/equipment. every other game runs relatively smooth. ive opened ports on my router, but no luck.

The ping will go from a comfortable 45-60 and then suddenly and frequently go to 100-200 ms, and less frequently several hundred, and into the 1000+ territory

I have the same issue and waiting for a fix from ggg.

didnt realize this was for PoE 1 thread.. but i didnt see an obvious spot for PoE 2 problems.. lol
