100% cpu usage and crash

Hello there, i just started playing PoE and during my first session everything went well. The second time i lanched the game, the cpu graph went on the moon with a full 100% usage. I tries basically everithing, but nothing made the problem go away. On the last attemp, monitor went black snd the vents went crazy fast and had to forcefully shut down. Just saying, but no other game in existence, neither the most juicy ones, gave me these problems. the specs are obviously met and beyond: 4070 ti super, 5 7600x on windows 11
strongly sure its not the pc on fault
anyone else with this problem and possible fixes before my pc blows up😅

I have the exact same issue. Did you find a fix? It happens all the time now..

i can play just fine but my wife is having the same problem as you guys. Are you all running Nvidia gpus?

when you start the game open ur task manager look for POE2 right click it go too details look for POE2 AGAIN ((RIGHT CLCIK)) look for set affinity UNCHECK CPU 0,1
you will still have crashes but itll be just the game not ur entire pc and the game will run a whole lot smoother

ITS NOT A PERM FIX BUT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PLAY FOR HOURS WITH SMOOTH GAMEPLAY

THERE ARE RARE INSTANCES WHERE LOADING SCREENS WITH CRASH YOUR GAME BUT ITS JUST THE GAME CRASHING NOW YOU CAN BE BACK ON IN 60 SECONDS......
