Xbox Series X Stuttering huge fps loss and crashes with Deadeye lighting arrow.

Hi I'm playing on a relatively new Xbox series X.

This is my 4th character and the first time I've had these kind of problems.

When I use lightning rod, orb of storms, and cast on shock procs a bunch of lightning orbs my Xbox takes a massive dump. To the point I can't even really play this build vs any bosses.

I've tried changing all my settings even took apart my Xbox and cleaned it.
