Unable to Complete Ritual (Channel Map)

Ritual altar event will not end after defeating all mobs. Of note, there were "Terracotta soldier" mobs in the ritual area which seemingly did not resurrect correctly.

unable to activate last ritual altar on channel map. acting like there is still monsters in range of ritual (right by boss area), so unable to activate it.
