Unable to use feature

trying to trade, all drop downs are set to PoE2 but when i go to trade tells me this account is unable to use this feature, went to my account and trying to change toons but PoE2 is not even showing up as a option for the toons i can pick.

i will also say to the Dev's, you really need to add tradeing in game not a website. Is this 1998 or 2025? come on yall.
