Spark + Minon Pact with Skeletal Warrior setup

This does not seem to work:

- I can see the minions's life being removed when casting Spark (with Minion Pact linked)
- Spark's dps tooltip does not change
- I've tested various setups - with and without meat shield, same result - life is removed from the minions but no dps buff
- With and without CI (same outcome)
