lost my audience with a king after looking for it for 5 hours

so basically the servers went down literally like 20 min ago, it happened exactly in the middle of my fight with the ritual boss. and now i lost it after 5 hours of looking for it. is that it? im i not getting it back?
at least the portals again?

this is so annoying having to do this whole thing again.
i hope there is a solution to this.
